Sizing: Anyone under 12 years old we recommend 2 holes smaller version. If you or your child has a small hand, a 2 hole version is recommended. If you have a larger hand - order the 3 hole version. Dimensions are below. 

Additional Extra strength adhesive - Need Better Stick? This additional bottle of liquid adhesive will ensure that our RipGuards will stay on longer while minimizing bunching. Great for sweaty hands or longer workouts in humid environment. Samples are free. Make your selection above.
