Step-by-Step Instructions
FOR THUMB GUARDS:
1. Clean your skin – No lotion or moisture.
2. Align the guard over your thumb knuckle.
3. Peel and stick – Avoid stretching it too tight.
4. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds.
FOR HAND GRIPS (ADHESIVE):
1. Clean hands thoroughly – remove sweat, chalk, or lotion.
2. Peel backing carefully – avoid touching the adhesive.
3. Apply to palm – Align over callused zones.
4. Smooth out air bubbles and press for 30 seconds.
FOR HAND GRIPS (NON ADHESIVE):
1. Stretch tape 30–40% while applying to avoid bunching.
2. Follow adhesive steps except no glue is needed.

- Use liquid adhesive (optional but highly recommended for OCR or sweaty workouts)

Please make sure to apply before warmup. If they still unstick from your palms, please email us at wodndone@gmail.com and we will send you a special liquid adhesive we’ve created to help them stick longer.
Originally developed for our OCR athletes to make WOD-N-DONES last longer in mud in water, we realized that some of our Crossfitters needed a little more stick as well
Please make sure to apply before warm-up. Please try another couple of ways of wrapping the tails and make sure to activate the adhesive by rubbing them to heat up. If you are still experiencing issues, please email us wodndone@gmail.com
Some bunching is totally normal, however it shouldn’t be excessive or affect your grip. If, however, it is inconvenient, it could be caused by a couple of factors. Please see below to identify a solution based on your experience.
My wod-n-dones remain glued to my palms but still bunch-up:Apply 30%-40% stretch to the tape over your palm, and follow the rest of the instructions
